The Teatwand Rapid is an automated teat dip sprayer designed exclusively for fast moving large-scale rotary platforms.

Twin Nozzles

Thorough teat spray coverage is achieved by utilizing the two independently controlled spray nozzles on each of the two Teatwands.

Control System

The Laser Position Sensors, one for each Teatwand, measures where the cow is in the stall and provides data to the controller. This will automatically select the appropriate spray sequence providing accurate and fast complete teat coverage without unnecessary use of the teat spray.
